If you're looking for the play that told you Louisville's offense would be fun this fall, Tre Richardson gave you two of them.

That versatility got noticed. Louisville Football announced Richardson was named to the Paul Hornung Award Honor Roll, the weekly list for college football's most versatile players. Fans can vote at the link in @LouisvilleFB's post.

He's not the only one

Lawayne McCoy added a 54-yard touchdown catch of his own and summed up the new identity after the game: "I'm a playmaker."

Two receivers who can take any snap to the house changes how defenses have to play Louisville, and it gives Lincoln Kienholz somewhere to go when a play breaks down. Expect defensive coordinators to spend this week figuring out who to double.
